Rental Rules & Safety Policies

Badger JetSki enforces rules and policies to ensure the safety of all riders. Please read carefully before renting.

• Renters must be at least 18 years old and show proof of age.
• A valid boater ID is required.
• Bring a government-issued ID at the time of rental.
• Maximum of 2 people per jet ski (combined weight limit: 400 lbs).
• Follow all safety rules at all times.
• $100 deposit per jet ski (based on quantity rented).
• Renters are liable for damages exceeding the deposit.
• No physical limitations that could hinder safe operation.
• Damage during the ride may forfeit the deposit.

• Know your ride: Learn how to start, stop, and steer before heading out.
• Stay alert: Watch for swimmers, other watercraft, and hazards.
• No reckless behavior: Avoid speeding, jumping wakes, or sharp turns.
• Don’t drink & ride: Never operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
